Refund policy

    At HiqPic, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer a clear and fair 3-days return and refund process to address any issues you may have with your order. Please note that, we accept return only on defective or damaged items from our end.

    Returns

    1. Eligibility for Returns:

      • 3-Day Return Window: You may return your order within 3 days of receiving the item(s) if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
      • Customized Products: Please note that we do not accept returns for customized products, as these items are specifically tailored to your preferences.
      • Non-Customized Products: We accept returns for non-customized products that were shipped by us if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped). The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
      • Damaged Items: If your item was damaged during transportation, we will cover the shipping costs for the return. However, if the returned item is not defective or was ordered correctly, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
    2. Return Process:

      • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@hiqpic.in within 3 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the reason for the return.
      • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your item back.
    3. Non-Returnable Items:

      • Customized products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect due to our mistake.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    1. Refund Process:

      • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of your returned item.
      • We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
      • We will provide you with a refund reference number (RRN) to track the refund on your bank statement.
    2. Late or Missing Refunds:

      • If you haven’t received your refund after the expected time frame, please follow these steps:
        1. Check your bank account again.
        2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
        3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Order Cancellation

    • You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been fulfilled.
    • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@hiqpic.in.
