Order Cancellation & Returns

  • Order Cancellation: Once your order has been shipped from our end, it cannot be canceled. However, if you receive a faulty product, you can initiate a return by contacting us via email or phone. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Returns: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days of receiving the item. Please note that returns are not available for customized products unless the item is faulty due to an error on our end. For more details review our Return and Refund Policy.

Some important issue about Shipping:

1. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

2. What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery?

As your Order is Customized as per your requirements. When we receive the parcel back, We will call you and send you parcel again for delivery.

3. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
