1. What is HiqPic?

HiqPic specializes in premium, customized photo products such as acrylic photo frames and wall clocks. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, personalized items that make perfect gifts or unique decor for your home or office.

2. How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products on the HiqPic website, select the item you want, upload your photo or design , and add the item to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete your purchase.

4. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday)
  • Shipping Time: 4-6 business days (Monday-Saturday)

5. Do you ship internationally?

No, currently, we only ship within India.

6. How much does shipping cost?

 We provide free shipping on all orders. 

7. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

8. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed and shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for non-customized products that are faulty or damaged due to an error on our end. Customized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

10. How do I request a refund?

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact us for assistance.

11. What if my product is damaged during shipping?

If your product is damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged item so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
